CANCELLATION POLICY

By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms: • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • If no deposit has been paid, a $20 cancellation fee will be automatically charged to the card on file. • If a deposit has already been paid, no additional fee is required. Late Policy: • Clients arriving 15 minutes late they will have their design simplified to fit the remaining time. • At 20 minutes late, the appointment will be automatically canceled and considered a no-show. Booking Restrictions: After three last-minute cancellations or no-call/no-shows within a 3-month period, you will no longer be able to book future appointments. This policy helps maintain fairness and efficiency for all clients. By proceeding with this booking, you acknowledge and consent to these terms and authorize any applicable charges to your card on file.
